IamINC expressly reserves the right to remove your profile and/or deny, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the IamINC Services if IamINC determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated this Agreement or pose a threat to IamINC, its employees, business partners, Users and/or the public.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other IamINC Users, third party developers or any other parties with whom you interact through the IamINC Service. IamINC reserves the right, but has no obligation, to become involved in any way with these disputes.

You agree to indemnify and hold IamINC, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, subcontractors and other partners, and their respective officers, agents, partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the IamINC Services in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of this Agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in this Agreement and/or any Content that you post on, through or in connection with the IamINC Services

Personal Information is used for the following purposes: (a) to provide and improve the Site, services, features and content, (b) to administer your membership and your use of the Site, (c) to better understand your needs, interests, and goals, and (e) to further personalize your experience.

You provide us information about yourself, such as your name and e-mail address, location and gender, when you become a member of IamINC.  We will display your Personal Information in your profile page and elsewhere on the Site according to the privacy preferences you set in your account. Any information you choose to provide should reflect how much you want all other IamINC users to know about you, whether the public IamINC community or your mentors and mentees. You can review and revise your profile information at any time.  Your name and other information you add to your profile will be displayed on IamINC, subject to any privacy settings that you choose to implement.

All Content you post under your username in IamINC (such as Goals, Tasks, Journals, Descriptions and Comments) may be viewed by those you choose to share the information with. As a result, this information that you author, and those authored by other users that you choose to interact with is available only to those shared.

We may use your email address to send you notices (including any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail).

To be eligible to use the Service, you must meet the following criteria and represent and warrant that you: (1) are not currently restricted from the Services, or not otherwise prohibited from having an IamINC account, (2) are not a competitor of IamINC or are not using the Services for reasons that are in competition with IamINC; (3) have full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and doing so will not violate any other agreement to which you are a party; (4) will not violate any rights of IamINC, including intellectual property rights such as copyright or trademark rights; and (5) agree to provide at your cost all equipment, software, and internet access necessary to use the Services.

IamINC may restrict, suspend or terminate the account of any User who abuses or misuses the Services. Misuse of the Services abusing the IamINC messaging services; creating multiple or false profiles; using the Services that are against the law, infringing any intellectual property rights, or any other behavior that IamINC, in its sole discretion, deems contrary to its purpose. In addition, and without limiting the foregoing, IamINC has adopted a policy of terminating accounts of Users who, in IamINC’s sole discretion, are deemed to be repeat infringers under the United States Copyright Act.

In no event shall Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages or lost profits, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages. No Guarantee of Correctness. The content has been prepared and/or obtained for general information only and is not intended to provide legal, medical, tax, or professional advice. You acknowledge that Licensor, its owners, partners, employees, officers, directors, attorneys, and agents do not promise or guarantee that the content is correct, complete, or up-to-date.
